We recently bought a new Civic EX-L at Norm Reeves, it was my daughters first new car and what a wonderful experience it was for her and for us all! Our sales Dan Stonescu was very attentive and explained in detail all the features of the vehicle. They didn't have the color she wanted on the lot so Dan went in and found exactly what she wanted at another Norm Reeves location. It was less than an hour and her car was there. We were going to finance the car through our credit union but Mirat the finance manager offered a better deal. He went through the whole process and explained everything to my daughter in detail, and answered all of her questions. I certainly didn't expect it as my daughter is 23 and just beginning her work career. The whole experience from the lot to the finance table was probably the best experience I have had when buying a car. When the car was ready freshly cleaned and filled with gas Dan took the time with her to go through each feature of the car. He even set up the Bluetooth for her phone. Everyone we met was friendly and took whatever time was needed to make sure we were satisfied. We always give Norm Reeves Honda the very first shot on our next car. More

Went to buy a new 2012 Honda Civic Ex sedan. Got an internet price from Mark Nelson, and everything went just great. The 2012 model has only been out a couple of weeks, so the best price I could get w internet price from Mark Nelson, and everything went just great. The 2012 model has only been out a couple of weeks, so the best price I could get was "good" -- no reason to cut me too good a deal for their brand new model. Even so, we still got a price below MSRP for a new model that just came out that month (same as the Costco price I was given during my car shopping). As it turned out, the car we were buying was sold while we were filling out the paperwork, and the other one they had in the same color/model had a dealer package added on. YET, they sold me the other one with the extra package for the same price! Now that is great customer service! Mark Nelson was great to work with, as was the finance guy, Gary Curry (no hard selling, and a really great financing rate). A very pleasant experiance indeed. More

So we decided to go to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. Went in, and talked to Lito Bayas. We told him what we wanted, and gave him a print out of the price given us from Carson Honda...and i asked him...can you beat this price? He looked at it and said...let me ask my boss. A few minutes later he came out and said we can beat this price. Thats when we started negotiating other things. Lito was very accomodating from the begining, and was very easy to talk with. Me and my fiance got the car we wanted and had a great feeling leaving the dealership-we left knowing we got the best possible deal for the brand new car we just bought. Kudos to Norm Reeves and to their sales person Lito Bayas and to their finance manager Dan Sandu. If you are looking to buy a car, make sure you give this dealership a chance. I believe, you wont regret it. More
