My wife and I pulled into the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore with our Honda Accord that we purchased from Mario in 2003. My intent was to examine the cars and the prices that Norm Reeves had to offe Superstore with our Honda Accord that we purchased from Mario in 2003. My intent was to examine the cars and the prices that Norm Reeves had to offer. By this time, I had researched by internet Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Volkswagen, and of course Honda. There were so many choices and I was getting alarmed with the eventuality of having to walk into a dealership knowing that I would be approached by a sales person before getting the chance to look closer at the pickings. On this date, April 15th, 2012, I had begun looking into Carmax, Toyota dealerships, Hyundai dealerships, Volkswagen dealerships, Mazda dealerships, then Honda dealerships. Now you may ask why was Honda on the end there. The reason is I already own an older model Honda Accord, and I wasn't quite sure that Honda products would still hold up after so many years. Well, anyway, we drive into Norm Reeves' parking stall, and we begin to examine the available cars in the lot. At the same time, Herb Ratcliff approaches us while many of the other salemen are just standing around at the front gazebo just chattering away. I must have seen at least twelve men just lingering around while Herb nonchalantly approaches me with his business card. I took his card, but I had to make sure that he understood that I just got there and I needed enough time to browse the lot first. He understood and he gave me pointers what parts of the lot to begin looking for my dream car. Although Herb never left my sight, he gave me a wide berth in order to freely look at the models. Remember that I did not yet pick the make or the model of my eventual purchase. My wife and I knew that everything had to be "just right". The definition of "just right" means that the body's design had to catch our eyes; then there was the color; the paint job had to be one of excellence; the exterior had to contrast the interior of the car correctly; the features in the vehicle had to be available in the car of our choice; the "feel" of sitting in the driver's seat had be just right; the passenger seats had to give us that same feeling as well; the visibility through the windows had to give us that clear view; the steering wheel had to fit our hands in a certain way that only we would be happy with; the sticker price and the end cost was a very important consideration for me; the cars had to have their prices posted or else we would walk away from the dealership altogether; and last, only that one in a million salesperson with the appropriate handshake, the approach toward us, he or she had to make us "feel" at home instead of making us feel as though we are about to get "ripped off", a terrible feeling that both my wife and I recently received by the other dealerships, and even in other Honda dealerships as well. Well, folks? That individual turned out to be Herb Ratcliff. Here is an individual I would recommend to anyone who can come into this Cerritos dealership called the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. He has the knack of showing to anyone his desire to help you in any way he can. Of course, he is still in sales and yes, he wishes to make that sale with you, but Herb really does make that difference. I cannot speak enough about him. He is Norm Reeves' star sales person. I hope you will find that same spark as my wife and I have with Herb. More

He is a supersales guy knows everything about mechanical and financing procedures and all made it so smooth all the way to the end. Very satisfied and will be back again for more cars!! We had a great experience with Jerry this past weekend. He was very friendly and knew how to approach us without being too aggressive and standoffish like at other dealerships. But right when we were about to leave Jerry approached us and made us stay. Even the Financing department service was great. Frank Wong was genuine person trying to help us and made sure we understood everything. Everything went smooth and fast. We even got to test drive the car and be out with the new car in no time.
