After all the details were done, I sat down with Sal again and he took his time to go over my finance obligation. I told Sal I need to consult my wife before a final decision can be made, and Sal had no issue with that. He even encouraged me to take the time I needed. I'm very happy with my experience with Norm Reeves. I searched for a new 4x4 Pilot Touring and they were 1 of only 3 dealers in Orange County that had it in stock. I dealt with Chris Ramos, the Internet searched for a new 4x4 Pilot Touring and they were 1 of only 3 dealers in Orange County that had it in stock. I dealt with Chris Ramos, the Internet Sales Manger there. He responded to E-mail inquiries very quickly and was very supportive. The price he quoted me was only a few hundred dollars over invoice. The other dealers were nearly $1,000 dollars more. Chris coordinated my trading in TWO cars and he made fair offers for both sight unseen. We had to haggle a bit on the value of the second trade but it was easy once the Used Car manager saw its condition. More

I was frustrated on not finding what i was looking for so I called Norm Reeves, the internet staff told me that they had one available but that it was at another location. I didnt want to be lied to again but gave them a chance. I talked to Jose and after a bit of negotiation they were willing to bring me the car without signing any papers. They earned my trust by allowing me to see the car before making any decisions. I was very pleased on the price and the fact that they stuck to their word. Once I got approved the finance staff was very efficient and i was out in no time with my brand new Civic LX-S. More
