I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and I have to say this was THE most wonderful experience ever! The most honest dealership I have ever dealt with. I can't say enough about these guys. I had heard about Cerritos Auto Square from a few family members and being unsuccessful with other dealerships, I decided to drive the 3.5 hours and try them out. I scheduled an appointment with Brett Gringhaus and it was the best decision ever! He made my experience so pleasant. Brett was very informative, helpful, answered all my questions honestly and went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Honda Accord. You've earned a lifetime customer Brett! Now I know why Cerritos Auto Square has the best reputation and the best reviews. They've earned it!! Don't waste your time anywhere else even if it means driving 3 hours to get there. It's well worth the time. Thanks again Brett!! More
Lack of Customer Service Was there at the dealership last week and it was the worst day I had. I was there for a total of 4 hours trying to purchased a Honda Certified Vehicle Was there at the dealership last week and it was the worst day I had. I was there for a total of 4 hours trying to purchased a Honda Certified Vehicle. Previously I had purchased 2 new vehicles there, but last weekend, I felt that I wasn't important to them as far as a customer. I test drove the car and noticed stains in the rear seats as well as the door panels. I informed them that this needs to be taken care off in case I decide to purchase it. They said they will. We went to get approve as far as financing it but, I got the run around. They came with this outrageous APR and I was about to walk out when they brought it down to a reasonable APR. I know that my credit wasn't as good as it was before, but I hate those tactics that dealership uses. Then went to Finance which took half an hour to get help. Went through and signed the paperwork. As we were completing this, my car was almost done as far as detailing it. Ten minutes later, car was fine and went to inspect it. My first place to check was the rear seats and the door panels. They were still stain and felt they did a rushed job. Then I noticed the front passenger door which had a scratch as long as 12 inches. I brought this up to Valerie and she brought Terry ( Customer Service Relations ) Manager. They both stated to give them time to try to correct it by bringing the car in another day. They made it clear there wasn't any guaranty that the stains nor scratch could be removed. They will do their best to removed them. I told them that it's unacceptable. I got to be assured that stains and scratch will come off. They said no and I informed them I can't take the car unless they lower the price. They both went inside to speak to upper management. Ten minutes later, Valerie came back and said they can give me 2 complementary oil changes which in total was three that I was getting. I said no, and the contract was voided. Had to call my wife to bring back the extra set of keys she took due to that my son was sleepy and cranky. I ask Valerie if speaking to the General Manager will change anything, she said no and that was the best deal they can give me. On Monday I sent and Email to Vince Marquez (General Manager), but he never returned my email. It's sad and I felt it was unacceptable that he didn't even had time to reply to a loyal customer. I appreciate what Valerie, Terry, and Brett did, but I felt that upper management lacked customer service. I will never or will refer anyone to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. More
