"Great Service" I went to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore of cerritos with my wife to trade my old KIA OPTIMA and get a new vehicle. We get introduce to Sultan Sam who i I went to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore of cerritos with my wife to trade my old KIA OPTIMA and get a new vehicle. We get introduce to Sultan Sam who is a really nice guy. I could not decide what car i wanted and he show me all the vehicle parked outside, gave me advice and explained me everything in a detail manner until i find the one i like. The process went pretty quick. I submitted all the required documents and in less time i was introduced to Frank Wong, the business manager. A great guy with great personality. He help us close the deal, signing all the paper and explained us everything.This guy is amazing and really fast and has i good sense of humor. and i soon as i realize i was already on the road with my new car.
