Went to this dealership for a specific car. Confused who my salesperson was as I started with one and then it seemed someone took over without letting me know. Finance took over an hour to wait Confused who my salesperson was as I started with one and then it seemed someone took over without letting me know. Finance took over an hour to wait for the person and he was RUDE and unhelpful, making it uncomfortable to even ask a question. And once I met my finance person, it was evident he was just making me wait b/c I was messaging my second salesperson and he kept telling me finance would be out and is looking for me, or about to come and get me. He didn't, of course, and when I did meet him I realized this guy was just walking around getting water or coffee and not helping anybody else - just making me wait. There is also a known issue with the sound system of the car I bought. I sent 3 messages to my second salesperson about this issue. Only after I told him I would be reflecting this as part of my experience in the corporate survey did he respond. He asked when I could bring it in (knowing full well I live 2 hours away). I still told him I could come this weekend or the following week and no response. Also, why do you not offer amenities to your customers? Every dealership I have been to has water, coffe/tea/hot water machine, snacks (pastries or popcorn) that is all free for the customer to help themselves. The only thing I was offered was water...ONCE. I had to ask for it again during my 5 hours at the dealership (keep in mind, I already knew which car I wanted to see when I arrived). Also, first time ever in my life that a salesperson has not offered to buy me a soda. More
