If I could give 0 stars I would. . waiting while getting my car an oil change I was called by Neal a sales rep.. long story short I was offered 14000$ for my 2020 Honda crv which was . waiting while getting my car an oil change I was called by Neal a sales rep.. long story short I was offered 14000$ for my 2020 Honda crv which was great.. then I only wanted to put half(7000) on a new car... after the whole show they wanted me to put 8000...I said no and this was now an hour and a half after they said my car would be ready..I never got a text or call that is was ready.i feel like they were told not to call me yet cause they were trying to get me into a bad deal..I got my car and I'm 6'4 and my seat was pulled all the way to the front with my driver and passenger mirrors faced to the ground and my toe pressure light on...I was mad my time was wasted and just wanted to leave..I called Neal on the way home and told him this and he just brushed it off and told me to call if I change my mind about the new car..I called the next day and told him I would agree to the 8000 down payment and now all of a sudden I needed a co- signer..I don't have one I told him like I told him before we started the deal on the first place.. now he tries to get me in a 2019 Kia stringer with 83,000 miles and all have to put 8000 down and payments would be in upper 4 hundreds.. no thanks.. very bad service.. feel like I was Getting set up or scammed...
