I don't have any questions regarding the karr system, but it was misleading into making it seem like it was already included in the terms agreed on the sale (pre finance office) and then just adding it on to increase overall price. Realizing it while I was still in finance office (haven't completed signing all documents/taken delivery) I asked to take it off but was told "it's been activated already and I can't do anything about that" when that's actually not true was my biggest issue here.
