Needless to say we made our purchase three days after our initial contact. He was really accommodating and more than willing to get a deal done, and made our buying smooth, pleasant and stress free. If you are in need of Genesis or Hyundai as your next vehicle, give him a shot you won’t be disappointed. He will frequently follow up with you and do everything he can to help you financially and not just to sell. To be honest I have purchased many cars before and have dealt with many dealerships in the past but one thing about this dealership is also how they also train their finance guys. I am not sure if it’s just me but I always felt that the dealership finance folks were a little grumpy with no emotions as if they don’t care what you are buying and just cares about the paper work. This wasn’t the case here at this dealership. Both Ali and Vito were our finance guys and they were very helpful and friendly, and more importantly they were on the same page as our salesman to make sure we are happy with our purchase.
