Good customer service but I waited 3 hours 30 minutes for service with scheduled appointment. They need to add additional technicians to staff or lower workload for current technicians. I purchased my car from Norma Reeves but I took it for the 1st service to Glendale. Never again worst experience with a service department ever !!! Drive 40 miles to bring it to Cerritos.
