I will don’t recommend for your car service at here. I had a reservation at 8 am one day for my car tire change, and I already paid for new tire. When I been there, and asked is everything ready and new I had a reservation at 8 am one day for my car tire change, and I already paid for new tire. Nate listened to what I wanted and offered reasonable suggestions rather than pushing things I had already stated I was not interested in. However, Norm Reeves Genesis was replacing an interior trim piece - before I test drove the vehicle - that was not all that bad to begin with. They also did an oil change and other fluid checks before putting the vehicle on the lot. What made me come to this dealership in the first place is the fact that they are part of the Costco auto purchase program and their web site will show the actual out-the-door price. Both are signs a dealership is up-front honest. More
