During my last service where my vehicle could not take in a charge I felt that Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos left a returning customer in the dust with little options but to be at the mercy of the dealersh a charge I felt that Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos left a returning customer in the dust with little options but to be at the mercy of the dealership. I understand that loaner vehicles are few and far between with all the recent recalls but for a vehicle that couldn't be diagnosed until the 3rd day on the lot, I feel that supervisors within the service dept should have made the call and amended the issue and not leave a customer without a vehicle for over 5 days. Kyle as the service rep was communicative during the repairs but ultimately I was left between starting a pricey repair or just being left without a vehicle into the following week with no signs of getting a loaner vehicle. The experience has left a sour taste on Genesis the brand and Cerritos as the dealership and I second guess whether my next vehicle should still be a Genesis. More
