A former unsatisfied customer. I avoided Norm Reeves Ford for 3yrs because of my 1st service experience with new vehicle. I decided to return and to see if anything had changed since my last visit. Entered t for 3yrs because of my 1st service experience with new vehicle. I decided to return and to see if anything had changed since my last visit. Entered the service department and was helped by Service Associate Michael Chacon. I needed transmission and clutch inspection. Michael Chacon was able to get my car looked over by a technician. If you are a 6th Gen owner and need to talk to an actual "car guy" in the service department, ask for Michael Chacon. He has helped me more than any other ford service person in a 30 mile radius. I hope good people like Michael are noticed by their management. In my opinion, you can have a good customer become a bad customer when receiving courteous service feels more like a disturbing favor. More
