I took my car in for service, my appointment was at 11:45 when I arrived I was told they were short staffed and if decided to stay it was going to take approximately 3 hrs. I decided to stay since I had already taken time off work to take the car in, I asked why didn’t they call clients in the morning before their appointment to explain the situation and save everyone a trip, well at least for me since I live 40 min away. They just said that was a good suggestion 😒. I did not leave until 4pm!!! More
