Bad experience I bought a used car and had a problem with the car I call the dealership leave several messages with the person who’s supposed to be in charge of hand I bought a used car and had a problem with the car I call the dealership leave several messages with the person who’s supposed to be in charge of handling the problems with used cars but he does not return my calls when you buying a car you got the salesman calling you 3 or more times to see if you going to buy the car but when you have a pu with the car nobody cares I guess this dealership don’t care loosing a costumer the bought 3 cars before this one More

Service Battery died in explorer that’s less than 2 years old. Evan in service said sometimes batteries are bad and I agreed. But he was sure it wasn’t that and there was a parasitic draw caused by a faulty install by Camping World for my tow package. Wanted me to pay $144 for a diagnostic to confirm parasitic draw and I declined. He did it any way and said that’s the problem and he can’t provide me with a new battery. Took vehicle to Camping World and they confirmed battery was bad and their wiring was good. They said if wiring was bad it would’ve drained battery in a matter of months not 18 months. So I had to pay for a new battery which is fine but I won’t take any more service related issues to this dealer. They were great at time if purchase though. Oh ya when they brought me my car he handed me keys and said here’s your car but it was wrong car. Asked if they did diagnostic on right car and he said they had. More

Easiest car buying experience I was researching other lots for a used Mercedes and was some what borderline on it. But once I came and looked at it I feel in love.
