Service experience My F150 needed service dash light was coming on intermittently. When I took it to Norm Reeves the light was not on. I explained to Jose Torres my Serv My F150 needed service dash light was coming on intermittently. When I took it to Norm Reeves the light was not on. I explained to Jose Torres my Service Advisor that I had a road trip scheduled and needed this fixed ASAP. Jose kept me informed as they tried duplicate the problem light coming on. The problem was fixed with little stress on me thanks to Jose’s patience and professionalism. Great job Jose!! More
