Amir really helped me out. He kept me informed of what was going on with my car, and I was in and out within the time frame I was given. Although I had to leave my car for service, he gave me accurate in was going on with my car, and I was in and out within the time frame I was given. I was working with Lori Card to get my new Passat. I was very disappointed initially with the information provided by both Lori and Dennis(the Manager). I was never given the full information what I had ask very disappointed initially with the information provided by both Lori and Dennis(the Manager). I was never given the full information what I had asked for and when looking thro' my lease details I found a lot of additions which were not told or discussed. They may be there as part of Lease but should be mentioned to a Customer when especially mentioned I was leasing for the first time. Later I was contacted by VW of Troy and explained about the Lease terms. I was happy about it after given full attention by Lori and her colleagues. More
