I saw an ad on Ebay for this 2010 VW Beetle. I called and talked to Thomas Marvaso. He was really great on helping me out. Tthis level of inconvenience caused me a lot of time driving back and forth to dealer Still waiting for title Dante was very courteous and handled situation with title and car problems professionally Toyota send car with headlights popped out and I drove car to Ann Arbor on a snow day with my family and couldn't see . Headlights were not put in properly I hope you track down mechanic at Toyota who inspected this car and let him know I could have gotten in a serious automobile accident with no headlights. I deserve a 50% discount on my warranty for this error or really a free warranty for such an error No headlights could have cost the death of my family Dante deserves a huge raise for keeping me calm during this time to resolve the issues discussed.
