Unprofessional So I am out of state and was very interested about a WRX that was for sale of which I had a trade in for. When I received my response, from Shira Coli So I am out of state and was very interested about a WRX that was for sale of which I had a trade in for. When I received my response, from Shira Colish. I'm not sure if I wasn't straight forward enough but my questions were completely ignored. For a company that relies on customer satisfaction I'm not satisfied at all. I think it was greatly influenced by the fact that I was from out of state and they didn't want to entertain my requests. I can only give this dealer a one star rating only based upon the fact that I only got a weak email response and no contact was attempted. Also Suburban Imports Of Troy is not listed on here so hope this gets to the right people. Well I'll take my business elsewhere where I am treated like a customer regardless of my geographic. More
