Terrible service!!! I made an appointment 8:30 to repair the broken latch on the glove comparentment in the center. I called three times to make sure they have the part finally they said they do and scheduled my appointment. I dropped off the car, they told me they would call me when it's done. They kept my car till 6pm. At 4pm I called they said the mechanic barely got it. I pickup my car only to find out they didn't even fix the part that I wanted and needed fixed. They schedule my appoint for a recall fix. Something that should only take few minutes. I left so angry. I love my car.. hate the service. Save yourself buy cars from another place. More

Run away and run fast!! They cannot be trusted. When I became a customer 2 years ago, they treated me with respect and honesty. Now 2 years later, after having a defective They cannot be trusted. When I became a customer 2 years ago, they treated me with respect and honesty. Now 2 years later, after having a defective sunroof for the ENTIRE TIME I owned the car, they did offer to buy it back from me (nice gesture right, IF ONLY GENUINE). They quoted me a price one day, but it took them 2.5 weeks to locate the vehicle he quoted me (can we say with today's technology that could have been accomplished within at best 30 minutes?) so then not only did that put us into another month, causing me to lose any incentives, but they tried to get me to purchase a vehicle $4,000 more than he quoted me and in a color only my 4 year old grandson would love. I feel betrayed and totally disrespected. Is it because I am a woman, a 64 years old woman, already a customer? Whatever their reason, I was made to feel as if I don't matter. Please do not give this dealership your time or more importantly your hard-earned $$. More
