I thank John so much for helping me get into the perfect car for me. The first car I wanted was out of my price range and it was hard to get in and out of, thankfully John showed me a car that fit in my bud car for me. The first car I wanted was out of my price range and it was hard to get in and out of, thankfully John showed me a car that fit in my budget and works perfectly for me. I am very happy and satisfied, they helped me with my loan and made my down payment reasonable. I had also called regarding my second key and was able to get help from Liz, the Customer Relations Manager. She helped get me my 2nd key and had me in and out. She also helped with my trade pay off and even helped me work my new phone. John and Liz were kind, patient and helpful. I highly recommend Nissan of Torrance. More

Charged me nearly 3000$ for repairs and said my car’s overheating issue was fixed. Car overheated within a couple weeks so returned to the maintenance department and was told that I had a blown gasket an overheating issue was fixed. Car overheated within a couple weeks so returned to the maintenance department and was told that I had a blown gasket and needed a new engine. Then when I complained about being misled about previous repairs and that I should have been informed of the blown gasket from the start, I was given the run around. Management suggested I use my car as a trade in on a new car from their dealership, adding insult to injury. I told the manager of the service department that I didn’t expect Nissan of Torrance to make restitution for their deceptive business practices, I wanted to bring this issue to his attention because it was wrong to treat customers in such a manner and hopefully it wouldn’t happen to others moving forward. More

It was a rocky beginning when we arrived and the car we wanted was sold the day before, however, I want to commend the general manager, Jesus Rosales. He actually came out to us and apologized. He was so genuine that we returned the next day and he took care of us personally. Liliana explained all the details and put our financial package together. Jose Enriquez was a ball of joy! Such a nice man. He and another young salesman took pictures of us and had us ring the bell. Because of Jesus' leadership and personal care, we left with a brand new Nissan Rogue SV that we are absolutely in love with. He even called us a couple of days later to check on us! While we felt we were given a great deal, it was the stellar customer service that made the difference! They put people over their product. We will definitely return for future purchases for our son in college and our family. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you Jesus for being an awesome leader! More
I went for maintenance and tire repair. Was told my tires needed replaced. One of the tires has a nail in it. That tire was put back on my car. When I purchased the car on 2022 brand n Was told my tires needed replaced. One of the tires has a nail in it. That tire was put back on my car. When I purchased the car on 2022 brand new I also purchased tire maintenance and road side assistance. Told the representative about the package and he said I had to buy my tires and I would get reimbursed. I asked him who was going to reimburse me and he said he did not know. I spoke to the representative that sold me the package and she verified what I was telling the other representative. They refused to honor the contract I purchased and put the tire with the nail in it back on my car. I spoke to consumer affair and they agreed the tire supposed to be replaced and they will call the dealer. As of today it has been over a month and no one has called me to replace the tire. Spoke to consumer affair again and she said she was under the impression that the tire was fixed and the she would call the dealer again. Still no call from them. I do not have to purchase tires at 365.00 each when I purchased the maintenance package. What is the package for. More
