I had my Jeep stolen. I didn’t have gap coverage so I bought an inexpensive car the Altima from Carvana. I brought the car in for a maintenance check and Mitch was very honest with me about the car and I bought an inexpensive car the Altima from Carvana. I brought the car in for a maintenance check and Mitch was very honest with me about the car and I trusted his advice. I was given a Rogue loaner while my car was being repaired. I live where the roads are very curvy and the Rogue just hugged the road and I loved being back in an SUV. When I came back Al helped my with the bad loan I was in and found me a great rate. He worked very hard to find it and I was very grateful for his help. Jose then helped me wrap it up. I was tired after an entire day and Jose helped me to retrieve all my items out of the Altima. He showed me the new additions to the Rogue and connected my blue tooth to my phone. I thought the entire team was terrific! And I love my new Altima. Thanks! More

Took car in for service, had same issue a year ago, told them to check history and replace same part. They ignored history wasted weeks of my time, crashed my car when I came to pick it up, sent it to body them to check history and replace same part. They ignored history wasted weeks of my time, crashed my car when I came to pick it up, sent it to body shop, repair was never done. Brought it back, they claimed it worked correctly, refused to do anything further. Had to take car to another dealer. Never go to this dealer! More
The service charge for diagnostics was not explained properly to me even after I asked for the price. I was under the impression that the price I was told was all inclusive not per concern diagnosed so properly to me even after I asked for the price. All in all a bad experience as I had to wait a whole day just to diagnose my car only to be told what I already knew. More
