We left two messages at your extension, neither of which was returned. We went above and beyond to try and make sure other customers wouldn't have to go through the same experience. We'll take our business elsewhere.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you attempted to get a hold of me and didn't have much luck. I check my voicemail daily and amongst all the voicemails I have received in the last week there were 2 voicemails, one last Thursday and one on Saturday. I know the person leaving the message is a female, but the messages were completely muffled; which means I couldn't understand the messages at all. On one of the messages I managed to hear the last 4 digits of the phone number, but that wasn't much help. If you called twice and the days I mentioned were the days you called that may have been you. I also provided an email, so I am surprised an email wasn't sent. Hello, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent service visit. We are disappointed to hear that you had trouble communicating with your Advisor, and getting a ride from Uber. We were using Uber to make transportation for our customers convenient, however we found that Uber was cancelling rides and not alerting us. We are now using Lyft as they have proved to be a lot more efficient. We apologize for the trouble that it caused. We understand how frustrating trying to get a hold of your Advisor must have been, we are working on a more efficient method as we understand how important communication is. In regards to the Multi point inspection with recommendations, there are items checked off in Green, yellow and red; green means all passed, yellow are items that will need attention, and red means immediate attention. The Technicians job is just to inform the customer of their findings, it is definitely up to the customer to perform the work or decline.
