Hello Cathy, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback; however, I must point out that your review is possibly based on your experience with CarMax and not with Nissan of Torrance. After further investigation, I found that your vehicle nor the extended warranty were purchased at our dealership, in fact this was your first time at our service facility. Based on the information I received from the Advisor who assisted you, you were referred to us by CarMax as they stated we would diagnose it for you, which we did. Unfortunately, the recommended 60K Transmission service was not completed therefore causing your extended warranty to decline the claim we submitted for your transmission. I would like to clarify that we have no control over the work your Extended warranty company will approve or decline, that is their decision. I was also informed that we loan you one of our rentals, and when you came back to return it you threw the keys at one of our Advisors, and we will not and do not tolerate that type of behavior. This review should have been written for the dealer who sold you the vehicle and extended warranty not for Nissan of Torrance as all we did was help. We ask that you please remove this review as the statements you made are false and if you'd like to further discuss we are open to doing so. Kind Regards, Elizabeth Reyes Customer Relations Manager
