Usually the finance aspect of things are drawn out and full of sales, but Wes was very friendly and again, non pressuring. I had an oil change about 2 weeks ago and I started notice this small oil leak in my drive way. I monitored it and on Saturday morning 4/13 I call Orangeburg Nissan..... where I had the oil change done notice this small oil leak in my drive way. I inform the tech what problem i observed The service tech was name Cedric Parker he told me to come in and they would look at it. He did he found that the washer that was on the oil pan at bent. I was out of there in 20 minutes. He was straight to the point and inform me that I shouldn't have any more problems. I left there on his word. Mister Parker seems like a people person, he was very professional and I like that about him. Hats Off to Brian for his assistance in getting us the vehicle we wanted. We called Saturday afternoon, he and Chris Hardin went to work and located not only a new 2012 Pathfinder but within a couple of vehicle we wanted. We called Saturday afternoon, he and Chris Hardin went to work and located not only a new 2012 Pathfinder but within a couple of hours actually went over and beyond to locate two. They then asked what we wanted on the new vehicle as they are very few out there. Once we gave the basics that we wanted on the vehicle it was quickly decided that they had located the one that met our expectations. By the first thing on Monday morning, this team confirmed the availabiliity with the out of state dealer and called to let us know that the vehicle was ready to be brought in. By noon, with numerous phone call and emails answering our questions the deal was complete less paperwork. We drove over 70 miles through inclement weather to meet and sign all the paperwork for the vehicle. Arriving just before closing time, Brian provided great customer service in assisting us with the paperwork. Chris made the overall process seamless. Then we met up with Jennie who walked us through all the financial paperwork with a smile. After work on January 11th, I went to the parking lot and found my Cube wouldn't start. I had a friend drive me to the Orangeburg Nissan dealership, walked in to the Service Center and told Cedric Parker "My found my Cube wouldn't start. Within 45 minutes, I was driving home in an electric Leaf, and everything from towing my stranded cube to completing the repair was hassle free. They even came to my work site to pick up the Leaf and recharge it while repairing my cube. Outstanding service!! More
