Cedric Parker is absolutly the nicest guy. You couldn't have chosen a better person to run the service department. He is so personal with the customers and takes the time to go over everything. I traveled a ways to use this dealership (almost a hundred miles) because of my experiences with the the sales methods of the dealerships in my area. It was a very smart decision. I have walked out on deals where I live because the dealer was wanting me to sign papers that had stuff on it that we never agreed to in making the deal. I have purchased a great many autos and trucks in my life. Orangeburg Nissan is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. The sales person, Ty Merrit, was honest, straight forward, friendly and totally fair. No surprises, nothing hidden, and no pressure for "add ons." I do my homework in preparing for a vehicle purchase. I got the price I expected, both on the new vehicle and on the trade in. I WILL use this dealership again in the future. More

I was in the market for a new or late model Nissan Frontier, and had researched throughout the state and in the Augusta Ga. area. I came upon an internet ad from Orangeburg Nissan that caught my eye. I promptly called and was connected with Ty Merritt. Ty was extremely courteous and maintained a desire to help. He made several trips to the lot while I was on the phone with him in order to answer several of the questions I had about specific vehicles. Ultimately, I found that the dealership had the vehicle in stock that I wanted and they also offered the best deal. Upon agreeing to purchase the vehicle pending a personal inspection and test drive, Ty offered to remove the vehicle from the selling inventory until I could get to the dealership. When I told Ty it would probably be the next evening due to my wife's work schedule and length of drive (1.5 hrs. apx.), he offered to send someone to pick me up and thus eliminate the need for my wife to make the trip. I found this to be extremely helpful, and a true testament of Ty's commitment for personal customer service. Needless, to say everything worked out just as I had been promised, and pleasingly there were no surprises or changes of the purchase price once I got to the dealership. I was there only a minimal amount of time and was soon on my way home in my new Frontier. This was a pleasurable buying experience, and one I'd recommend to anyone. More

Kary Vega was great to work with. She was very friendly and helpful in my vehicle search. If it weren't for Kary, I would never visit the dealership again. During my visit, Kary introduced me to the managers on duty on the Saturday. I found the managers to be rude and pushy. I stopped by the dealership to simply look at possible options but had an idea already about the type of car I wanted. The managers made one or two suggestions that I had no interest in. Because I didn't show enough interest in their suggestions, the managers basically said "goodbye" and "have a nice day." It was as if they were saying "you aren't buying anything, so please leave." I was offended by their remarks. If I return to the dealership, it would only because of Ms. Vega's friendliness, patience, and eagerness to help me find the vehicle that suites my needs. More

I am a young teacher new to the Orangeburg area and my car broke down 5 days before Thanksgiving break. My Dad has 2 Nissan's which I love, so I knew I wanted a Nissan.
