Worst customer service. I found a vehicle online in the morning and used the chat program to verify it was still available. I was told its on the lot and I scheduled a test d I found a vehicle online in the morning and used the chat program to verify it was still available. I was told its on the lot and I scheduled a test drive for when I got out of work. Before going I called and talked to a salesman who reassured me it was on the lot. I did all this because I live over an hour from this dealership. I told the salesman I was on my way. When arriving I asked for the person who I spoke with on the phone and he then told me that the vehicle I wanted was not there. That his manager had taken it to an auction that morning. This dealership's sales staff wasted 2 hour of my time and didn’t even apologize for it. Don’t do business with liars! More

Came to buy vehicle only to get screwed over by telling husband that they couldn't come down to his price! FYI....you could tell us that on the phone instead of having us drive there to waist our time if you couldn't sell truck for price that you were told on phone! TOTAL CLUSTER!! More
