Be wary of their sweet words and smiling faces. After these new salesmen helped my mother purchase a new car to help her credit report, they tried to convince her that they could not buy back her o After these new salesmen helped my mother purchase a new car to help her credit report, they tried to convince her that they could not buy back her old car (which was only a year old and was also sold to her by them). They even insisted that she just leave the car in the hospital parking lot across the street, which would have left it to be potentially stolen or vandalized. And on top of all of that, when my mother tried to call them a couple of days later, they tried to play coy and ignore her complaints. Car salesmen already get a bad rep, and these new guys sure aren't doing them any favors. More

Bought a 2018 Nissan Kicks and a sensor light came on as soon as I drive off of t WORST WORST WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Do not give them your business. Bought a 2018 Nissan Kicks and a sensor light came on as soon as I drive off of the lot. I drove back to the dealership two hours from my home after scheduling an appointment to have the sensor replaced and when I arrived they had never ordered it. I even called the morning before I left to verify they had everything. Then they didn’t submit the info for my tag to the tag office in time so my dealer tag expired and they refused to extend my dealer tag. Then when the information was sent to the tag office, it was sent incorrectly twice! Finally got my tag two weeks late. Scheduled my first service and to have my passenger seat and audio unit replaced because the spring was coming through the seat the the unit had issues. Had three different people call to tell me my parts were in and to confirm my appointment but when I arrived the parts were in fact NOT THERE. Every time I went in there was a different service manager because the one before had “just walked out”! If the employees are treated like the customers then I can see why they walked out. Learned my lesson and will never be back. More

It started with the radio going I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima on December 19, 2019 haven't had the car a month and I started having issues with it. It started with the radio going in and out until it got to the point were it just wouldn't come back on. Then the heat started working off and on, next the dash started going dim. I have been riding in the vehicle for about a week with no radio. I have gone to the dealership several times and have requested a rental car but was told that they did not have any available. This will be the second time that I have had the car in the shop having it checked out they said they radio is on back order(really), like that's my fault. That's a new freaking car. The back of the car has a knocking noise like I'm dragging something, I think I was sold a lemon, I think I'm gonna seek legal help with the lemon law, because I know they cant sell you a new car with that many problems. My advice to anyone that's gonna get one of the new Altima's please have it checked out first, even though you shouldn't have to. More
Lack of Integrity and Transparency The dealership sold my elderly blind father and mother a brand new car with a useless extended warranty that was the same as the bumper to bumper and The dealership sold my elderly blind father and mother a brand new car with a useless extended warranty that was the same as the bumper to bumper and the GAP. Did not explain the products were added to the tune of $5000 extra! Then when met with James Green the finance manager he was quite curt and stated they were adults and should have known what they were signing. I had him cancel both products. A week later, I called to follow up where's the refund check. The bank never received it and neither companies (GAP and Ext. Warrenty) ever heard from the dealership. Mr. Green tried to blame the companies as being negligent and told me that I should send the cancellation forms to the companies since I know have their contact information. The nerve! He also made it seem that this process could take more than a month! Both companies stated it only takes 48hrs to process max and the dealership should have immediately cut the $5000 check to us or the bank!! After explaining this to Mr. Green the phone went dead! I will not call him again! I will not patronize Orangeburg Nissan again! My parents believe in supporting the hometown business but in this case....not a good decision! I have been trying to reach the General Manager Randolph Scott at Orangeburg Nissan regarding the lack if transparency and integrity I've experienced with the recent car sale to elderly and disabled relatives. The receptionist informed me she doesn't know when he will be in the office nor does she have a contact telephone number or email address. This further supports the lack of transparency within Orangeburg Nissan. More

Which I did. Yo gone back in and he would get me in s program thru Nissan. I tepested that yo Him to make he was telling me that I could get into the one I wanted which was a step up from the one I bought which would be a rogue sl He said you do upur part and come back here then I did that. Put in inquiry first. Was told by Eddie to come on in. He could help. No problem. He said at the most an hour. I yokd him I did not want my credit ran slot of times that I wanted the agreement from s year ago he said come in do we can spot side upur car. I asked him about the mdnsger from last year where he was bc he would know. He said goby worry. He did everything I asked him not to do. He ran my credit after u said not too and NEVER adhered yo the agreement we had from jade year did not care. After 3 hours and nothing when I was told it was going to Be dimple I told him I needed yo leave and ghst I was going on line and tell people that they are not honest in their customer service. He said he didn’t know who yolk me that. I told him pull last years deal and you roll know. I had witnesses that heard the whole conversation I asked for my car keys and told him I was going up trash this dealer got their business practices. He told me if u did I could not ever come back in there again for a warranty issue or even service that I need yo watch what u say and do. So how is he able to get away with saying that yo a customer and not adhering yo an agreement.i. I asked for the manager. He said no I’m it. I asked for Nissan corporate number. He gave me s number but the wrong one I had yo find myself. This whole situation should not happened. IT NEEDS UOMBR REMEDIED NIOW More
