Worst Experience in purchasing a car ever Let me start by saying i have purchased well over 20 + cars and trucks over the years and this last time we went to Nissan of Hawthorne to look for ca Let me start by saying i have purchased well over 20 + cars and trucks over the years and this last time we went to Nissan of Hawthorne to look for car for my daughter. We went there because it was recommended by TrueCar. We thought the process was going to be simple because when we started everything sounded good. Numbers were good and they explained they would take our closing Nissan lease with no problem. Then next day we started with what they said were issues with payments not matching what they said they would be. We went back and forth for 2 days to get the monthly payment s we were promised. When we went into get the car and sign papers we found out that they had to add a maintenance plan to get the approval of the interest rate we needed. We were told that this could be canceled at any time and payments would ajust. Grant it now we are dealing with the finance guy that is like being hustled by a street vendor in NYC with 3 card monte. See when you are signing the papers and they took your old car already you are in a bind. They said they were taking the other lease returning it and they would take care of the over milage and last payment with no problems. We were also told that we they were going to put the remote starter in our new car at no charge but would have to bring it back Monday as this all happened on a saturday. Boy was that a nightmare. After 2 weeks of calling trying to make the appointment for the remote starter and them trying to get us to pay for it we finally had it installed and them paying as agreed. This was over 2 months ago from this review. I just recently received a check from the dealer and that puzzled me because the check was dated on the day we purchased the car. Come to find out this was the last payment of lease and over milage that they were supposed to take care of when we signed. They never sent the check in to Nissan. I am now being told they cannot send the check in the customer needs to do this. This is another example of the poor quality of service that you receive. I have since went back and read every line in my contract and i have to say there was a lot of things that were added that we were not made aware until we looked at it all in detail. I know people will say that you should have reviewed everything in room but when you are in there you have the hour needed to read every word. All i can say is there will never be another vehicle purchased from this dealer and I will make sure that all the review boards and social media sites will be used to make people aware of the very poor and un professional experience this dealer has given. More

When I picked up my Rouge three years ago I was there at another dealership for four and a half hours. This time I was in and out in less than two with no problems and no aggravation. Over and above service! This is the third Rogue we have leased from Nissan of Hawthorne. They have consistently served our auto needs each time our lease expired. Due to some family health issues, it was difficult to get to the dealership office so we worked out all the details with Christina Anello and our salesman, Gary Thompson via e-mail and phone. Because of their knowledge and expertise, we were in our new Rogue within a week! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Gary Thompson and Christina Anello of Nissan of Hawthorne. Crooks. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership several months ago. Ever since signing the papers, they have given me nothing but troub I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership several months ago. Ever since signing the papers, they have given me nothing but trouble. Between trying to overcharge me after the fact, and when I call they are very rude and hang up, I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. I have now had my car for three months, and I JUST received an expired registration from them. Not to mention, they refused to send the required paperwork to the bank who is handling my loan. I am very dissatisfied and I can see why they are going under. I love my car, but with this much stress and hassle it's not worth it. Buyers beware. More
