Straight forward, Very Good experience! I purchased a Nissan Frontier last month from this dealership. My salesman was LOUIS MARTINEZ a very easy going, no pressure, likeable guy who worked I purchased a Nissan Frontier last month from this dealership. My salesman was LOUIS MARTINEZ a very easy going, no pressure, likeable guy who worked with me to get the vehicle in the color I wanted at an excellent price. If you have the choice I highly recommend you see LOU as your sales person. The time to finalize the purchase was not long or overly complicated the sales manager Eddie Cortez was also involved in the negotiation for pricing but he was friendly and straight forward and did not waste my time going back and forth as I have experienced with other car purchases in the past at other dealerships. The only issue I had was with obtaining the exact vehicle I wanted (color/options) as it was not available at this dealership and had to be gotten from another dealership in NY. This process took almost two weeks for the truck to be available to me, much of this confusion and delay was caused by the other dealership but I believe this could have been expedited and handled a little better. Once received the truck looked in perfect condition and the final transaction went quickly and without any problems. Overall I was very happy with my new truck and the excellent way I was treated by the staff at Nissan of Hawthorne. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED A NEW NISSAN. More
