Salesman Joe Yobbi was like th sold time Brooklym used car dealers. When he could not sell me a car at his price he became like a mobster. Making jokes with the other salesman at my expense. I wanted a Pathfinder at a good price and just because I negotiated he implied I could not afford the car and said why don't you get a Rogue. Really not a pleasant experience. These days with the Internet pricing there are so many competitive dealers. And, they are actually now nice the customers. This place is a throw back to the old days and you don't have to deal with this anymore. this place will go out of business soon unless they clear the staff from management down and start over. More

When we were going to select a very expensive Murano, he had pointed out THE SAME car (year/model) but $10K cheaper because it didn't have the wooden rain protectors. We felt that he had our best interest in mind. We drove away that SAME DAY with our brand new car. Thank you Nissan! More
I drove from 4 hours away (Maryland) to purchase a very specific car that they had advertised at a good price. The salesman greeted me then proceeded to text on his phone and light a cigarette as I inquir specific car that they had advertised at a good price. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the car was not clean or serviced, despite the salesman assuring me that it was. The car had hair on the ceiling along with rips and tears in the leather seats and door panel. The driver's seat itself had all types of dirt in the crevices! Completely unacceptable! To top it off, he offered to show me a very similar car but upon inspection, it appeared to have some type of scaly substance in the back seat. The salesman casually explained that the owner had been driving that one. Needless to say, I immediately left without purchasing a car. Worst car buying experience I've ever seen. More
