I the pass I had a very good conversation with the service department this last time they didn’t send me a message than was going o. With my car I told the lady to do an specific service and because t service department this last time they didn’t send me a message than was going o. With my car I told the lady to do an specific service and because they couldn’t rotate my tires she authorize the service with out discount and with out me knowing I paid more that I was planning to pay communication is the key to keep the customers satisfied sorry in this case I was very upset after two hours waiting and paying more than expected More

We have leased three Rogues from NFM. This last time was the best. Not only did we get the car that we wanted at a price that we could live with but the people we worked with were great This last time was the best.
