The issue with my car was diagnosed correctly within 2 hours and the service advisor reviewed all items to be repaired. Parts were ordered and installed per our discussion. We had such a great experience with Marc T and John A at Nissan. After looking at other cars all day Marc was a welcome sight. He was very cordial and friendly. Service was so bad I traded in my car. They rotated my tires and did a wheel balance with a bad tire. I told them it was flat and I put air in it. They said it was fine.
