The most frustrating experience I have ever had at a dealership when attempting to complete a service appointment. I scheduled an appointment today for 11:30 a.m. in advance. Upon arriving, I was greete dealership when attempting to complete a service appointment. I scheduled an appointment today for 11:30 a.m. in advance. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the technicians outside. However, when I entered the dealership to meet with an advisor, I was not acknowledged for several minutes, despite the fact that there were multiple advisors without customers. When I was finally acknowledged, the advisor, Jose, informed me that there was no record of an appointment being made. I presented him with proof of an appointment confirmation, but he stated that there had been issues on their end with their software. At this point, I was already agitated, as this meant that other vehicles were being serviced and that my visit would take longer than anticipated. I explained that I was there for a recall and a tire rotation, and he inquired if I intended to drop off the vehicle. However, I informed him that I would wait, and it was at this point that he stated that the service would take at least four hours. I informed him that I was new to the area and resided within a 15-20 minute drive. He suggested a shuttle service that could transport me to Target, but I am uncertain as to the intended implication or thought process behind this suggestion. Why would I spend four hours in Target while my vehicle was being repaired? He then mentioned Starbucks, as the waiting room was occupied and likely insufficiently spacious for seating. I informed him that I would wait and walk around the lot. I had considered obtaining an additional lease, but after this service experience, I decided against inquiring and would instead explore the Nissan dealership in my hometown. After an hour, I observed that my vehicle was still present in the back lot and not being serviced. At this juncture, I decided that. I would just take my vehicle to the dealership from which I had purchased it, as I would have support from family to assist me in dropping off the vehicle. Upon returning inside at this location, I encountered multiple service advisors without customers and yet no acknowledgment for approximately five minutes. While I understand that they may have been engaged in other tasks, it is a matter of two seconds to provide a greeting. After consulting with a different advisor, I was informed that my vehicle had been assigned to a technician. I opted to have the technician perform the tire rotation, while I would complete the recall elsewhere. After an additional hour of waiting, I was provided with my keys and informed that my car had been pulled up; however, it was not. I had to locate it in a side lot, and the technician left the plastic seat covers on the seats. I have not received any documentation detailing the service performed with my vehicle, the results of the tire rotation, or any of the multiple inspections conducted as part of my maintenance. Consequently, I am uncertain whether any repairs were made to my car, as I have not received any evidence to the contrary. Furthermore, I will not be returning to this establishment for future service. Additionally, they missed the opportunity to secure an additional lease for my vehicle. Had issues doing routine maintenance, you guys followed thru Intel issues were resolved. Worked with several server wrighters to resolve. Wife had to take over, it's her daily driver but we finally got the thru Intel issues were resolved. Worked with several server wrighters to resolve.
