Amazing Service! I have had my vehicle serviced at Nissan of Elk Grove on three separate occasions. The service has always been good but it just gets better each time I have had my vehicle serviced at Nissan of Elk Grove on three separate occasions. The service has always been good but it just gets better each time I utilize it. Larry is my service representative. I cannot say enough about how easy he has made it for me to get the warranty work I need done. I'm a very busy teacher, working long hours and with limited ability to take time off, so making arrangements to get my car serviced can be very difficult Larry is extremely accommodating, making it quick and easy to get an appointment, arranging transportation for a courtesy vehicle, keeping me notified promptly with the type of work needed and the approval of the insurance company for the work, and even offering me discounts on non-warranty work that needs to be done. I've never used a service department at a dealership that I've been happier with. It's my go to for all service now! This teacher gives Nissan of Elk Grove's Service Department an A+! More
Both Khan Ho and Kurt Schnell were wonderful!! Both Khan Ho and Kurt Schnell truly had my best interest at heart and it made it so stress less. Kurt understood my circumstances which are that I am semi retired and have a limited income and said he had a great person to work with me and he was right Khan Ho is amazing, totally knowledgeable of the dealer ships inventory and very zeroed in to my needs and budget. He was not in the least pushy or arrogant and was overall delightful and got me a wonderful car that was affordable. So astonished, never in all my 76 years have I had such a professional and astute sales person. And working with Shay Briggs was lovely also. More

John Brooks Saved Me A thank you to "John Brooks" at Nissan of Elk Grove is definitely in order! A while ago I pulled up to my apartment rental office to quickly conduct s A thank you to "John Brooks" at Nissan of Elk Grove is definitely in order! A while ago I pulled up to my apartment rental office to quickly conduct some business. Technically it is a tow away zone, but everyone pulls up to the office, to run in and out of there. So I parked my 2010 Pathfinder on the curb just outside the office. When I got back in to my car, I could not get my shifter to get out of park! It was after 5pm, the office was closing and I was in a tow away zone! I panicked. Plus I was scared Nissan wouldnt answer the phone after 5pm like most businesses do. Being that I had no other option, I called Nissan and spoke to John Brooks. I explained to him my predicament and he put me at ease. He explained the procedure for getting my make and model out of gear and I was able to exit out of the tow away zone. I also found out that there are people who stay there hours later and man the phone. If it had not been for John, my vehicle would have been towed. And then I still would of had to fix my vehicle! I was greatly stressed, until John Brooks saved the day. Soon after that, I got the shifter fixed for free. That was because of my bumper to bumper warranty sold to me by Tommy Davis at Nissan Elk Grove, but thats another great story. I am very greatful to John Brooks for his timely, helpful, customer assistance, that got me out of a bad situation. Thank you very much John! The employees at Nissan have a pleasant reputation of excellence. More

I am writing this review because, I have being dealing with him for a long time. At one time I had a QX4, Infinity and he great when he was in that department too. Now that I am driving my 280ZX again and I brought my car in for service and other things. He as been an excellent manager in handling my problems and parts issue. as you know getting parts for my car can be a challenge. When he discovered a part was missing to do that repairs for my AC unit, he informed me , then he took the time to do a search and found the part that is need. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to help solve my problem. This is what I call great Customer Service. I will continue to bring my car into your dealer for service and have him help. I have bee coming to our dealership for service for a very long time and I will continue to do that. I would like to buy another Infinity and I will bring my car in for services to your dealership, Again, thank you for the great service that Eddie Ramos gave me. More
