Very professional I spent about 4 to 5 hour with Salesmen Anthony Glover on June 14, 2014, looked at two vehicles. Had a trade in 2005 Nissan Altima with 244,000 miles I spent about 4 to 5 hour with Salesmen Anthony Glover on June 14, 2014, looked at two vehicles. Had a trade in 2005 Nissan Altima with 244,000 miles and no money down with pre-approved car loan. Anthony was professional, not pushy, well manner, tactful, communicator, experience with people and friendly. So he was able to get me approve for a bigger loan and keep my payment at 250.00 a month no money down that's what I wanted. I wish every sales person could be like Anthony. Prior to this in 2009 I came to Nissan of Elk Grove brought in a trade in similar to the above situation did my homework with Kelly Blue Book the salesmen way under bid me on my trade in and no flexibility on the sale price. But want me to put money down, so I had him speak to a high authority about my trade in. He went over to an area of salesmen where I could here him talking about my trade in an laughing and joking about it. I was in no urgency to buy a vehicle at that time I had 2 vehicles, so I grabbed my vehicle and told the salesmen he was not professional and walk off the lot. Smooth transaction I knew I had a purchase a new car as my old one had been totaled from a car accident. I had already narrowed it down to 2 cars one of which was a Rog I knew I had a purchase a new car as my old one had been totaled from a car accident. I had already narrowed it down to 2 cars one of which was a Rogue. I went into Nissan of Elk Grove around noon one day and was pleasantly greeted by EZ. He showed several different Rogues and finally I test drove a couple of them. I immediately felt comfortable in the Rogue select. I asked EZ to look into a Rogue select with a few more features (rear view camera etc.) he emailed me back indicating there was one available . I notified EZ I was going in on a Monday evening and when I arrived with my mom we went on an additional test drive and decided to purchase. EZ made the transaction very smoothly. I appreciated that he came in on his regularly scheduled day off to help complete the sales transaction. It was late and we were probably the last sale of the day -- both EZ and Sang worked with us as quickly and smoothly as possible . I would definitely recommend this dealership and particularly these two gentlemen to my family and friends. More
