Great Customer Service - Jay Yu I want to leave a commendation for customer service for Nissan of Elk Grove. We were looking at cars and went to check out the LEAF at Nissan in Elk I want to leave a commendation for customer service for Nissan of Elk Grove. We were looking at cars and went to check out the LEAF at Nissan in Elk Grove for a lease. We also checked out some other electric cars at other dealerships in the area. Nissan provided the best service of the dealerships we visited and Jay Yu provided the best car buying experience of all the sales persons we dealt with in our car search. He went out of his way to make sure we were clear on all the aspects of the car purchase and he made a special effort to be sure that we had all of our questions answered in a timely manner. He was just great! I highly recommend Nissan of Elk Grove to anyone who is considering leasing or purchasing a new car. Nissan had the best deal for an electric car and they made us feel that they appreciated our business. We came from Natomas to check out the LEAF and we will most likely take our car into the Elk Grove location for service in the future. Thank you for a great car buying experience. More
