Awesome customer service I have been a gmc customer for a very long time but in 2017 I visited Nissan of Dearborn and ever since I have been a nissan customer. I leased my first car from them and everything went great and now because of their awesome customer service I bought a new nissan from them. My recommendation is Nissan of Dearborn if you like great customer service and to be very honest their cars are awesome as well which makes the whole experience like cherry on top. Kudos to chriss and ray for their commitment to excellence and samar for being patient and helpful. More

Worked to get me the best deal possible! I was ready for another lease. I wasn't finding any good deals anywhere else.. Nadim Farhat worked with me, and a week later between him and the manag I was ready for another lease. I wasn't finding any good deals anywhere else.. Nadim Farhat worked with me, and a week later between him and the manager, Chris, they got me the best deal and an actual upgrade with the car. It far exceeded my expectation. Bad Service , Irresponsible Management I gave my car for a Service in April-3rd week 2019,which included Tire rotation as per their Bill .but nothing was done. not even the Tire pressure wa I gave my car for a Service in April-3rd week 2019,which included Tire rotation as per their Bill .but nothing was done. not even the Tire pressure was checked or corrected - as they needed to. but they CHARGED amount for that. On bringing it to their notice , they AGREED The tire pressure would have been corrected if Rotation was done. They bluntly mentioned "will take care that this does not repeat" and still CHARGED the amount for Tire rotation - which was not done saying the person who had done the service had mentioned that rotation was done. Although the facts speak different. IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT ! More
Worked with us to cancel our contract We bought a certified used car at the dealership and signed a contract the same day but later realized that we did not want that car. So, we contacted the dealership immediately and asked them to cancel the contract as we had changed our mind and fortunately had not taken possession of the vehicle! That may have been the saving grace as initially the dealership said that they were unable to cancel the contract and we would have to buy another vehicle and recontract the deal! I was really upset as I did not want to be pressurized into buying another vehicle the same day. Anyways, having said that we went into the dealership and were very happy when the manager Chris and the sales associate, Amir were willing to work with us to help cancel our contract as the paperwork had not been processed. Amir diligently worked with us and is the best guy in the business. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to work with him. His patience, courtesy and professionalism has earned him a 5 star rating! More
Crooked dealership.: They went out of business for selling over a thisaand cars under the table. However, I paid close to a hundred dollars for the oil change. Now they are called Nissan of Dearborn. The same, cheap, dishonest clowns work there. They are supposedly under new ownership. More
New owners... Now horrible service! Beware! Oil change on my visit, which under the previous lease contract was free, now under new ownership is $60. No letter or communication to inform of the change. Ok, whatever they were giving it for $30. Then for a basic oil change I waited for close to 2 hours... 1 hr and 50 min to be more precise. No sorry, no update to let me know how long it will take nothing. Just an excuse of we only have one person working today... We are not even supposed to be open today... and more b.s. along those lines. Who the xxxx has the time to wait 2 hrs for an oil change where you can go anywhere else for the same price and be out in 15 min. RIP AllPro Nissan. This place is garbage now. More
Service rep. changed brake fluid at 30K miles_pads are good Service rep. try to sell you anything (even if your car does NOT need it)...In my case, Service rep said that base on "user manual" I needed to get th Service rep. try to sell you anything (even if your car does NOT need it)...In my case, Service rep said that base on "user manual" I needed to get the brake fluid drained/replaced (on my vehicle with 30K miles.....then later I reviewed the manual (I did not find that recommendation) ...I talked to my co-workers and they told me that If you are female, the service reps always try to sell you everything and anything (even if you do not need it), ......here I am with an additional 10K miles & my original brake pads are still good.....I took my vehicle for another oil change & the same Service rep. at "ALL PRO NISSAN OF DEARBORN" told me that I needed to change the brake fluid.....My reply to him was "You just change the brake fluid at 30K miles, and I have been advised that I did not need the brake fluid changed, and now at 40K you want to change it again, I added I now know that you get the brake fluid changed at the time you get new brake pads & my original brake pads are still good" I went for an "all points/multi point check oil change" BUT Service at All Pro Nissan skipped the "multiple point check & use that time to change the brake fluid and get the charge for it. More
