I just moved here to Franklin from Huntsville, AL and set up an appointment with Nissan of Cool Springs. I ended up having a great experience because Michael Harshberge took great care of me. He recommended up an appointment with Nissan of Cool Springs. I ended up having a great experience because Michael Harshberge took great care of me. He recommended some items that needed to be taken care of along with my oil change and tire rotation. I plan on using Nissan of Cool Springs for all my vehicle maintenance going forward. More
I have had two terrible experiences at the service department there, after buying my Rouge there in 2020. A 2 star review on Yelp seems surprisingly high! As far as I can tell the service department i department there, after buying my Rouge there in 2020. A 2 star review on Yelp seems surprisingly high! As far as I can tell the service department is staffed with inept individuals who are also arragont and offensive. If you need your Nissan serviced for any reason... I would find another dealership. It seems amazing that Nissan Headquarters (which this dealership is in the shadow of) would allow the closest dealership to them to continually sustain a 2 star rating on the ONLY uncompromised rating system there is.(Yelp) I am leaving a 1 star review, as there is nothing lower... Transmission went out on my Mazda 3 on October 30th, 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs instal 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs installed the motor back in 2019 after they put in the wrong oil filter for a simple oil change. Oil leaks out and motor blows. Nissan installed a used motor and the flexplate was installed backwards as I said earlier. Contact Nissan of Cool Springs and they said they would not pay for the transmission and pay for car rental while being repaired. More
Was told to make appointment for brake recall at my last Nissan oil change. Dropped my car off at 9am and they called a noon to say they didn’t have the part and to come back in a few months. She said they will call me in a few months when they have the part. Why wasn’t I told when I made the appointment that they didn’t have the part? Or told this morning? Poor customer service. More
