What a great experience! I have been buying cars for the last 40 years and this is the first time where I came in with information that I gathered from web sites and the dealer accepted them without any hag last 40 years and this is the first time where I came in with information that I gathered from web sites and the dealer accepted them without any haggling. The salesman was extremely helpful instructing us about all the bells and whistles on our new Murano and even sent the car back to the service detp because he was not happy with the detailing of the car. The service dept is also great and is the main reason we came to Cools Springs Nissan to buy our new vehicle. They are very friendly and honest - something you don't see at other service depts. They even recommended that we have glass repairs done by another provider in the city because they would be cheaper. Now that is an honest service dept. More

I spent several days reviewing my options to lease a car online. This included searching inventory throughout the dealerships located in Nashville as well as the value on my trade in. Based on inventory I chose to visit this location first. I had a set car in mind as well as set purchase price and trade in price. I was promply greeting by Richard being extremelly friendly and not pushy at all which is a huge bonus in my mind. After searching the inventory they allowed me to demo the car for a couple hours to make sure I was making the right decision on the type of car I wanted. The car was excellent and everything I wanted. I didn't have to haggle back and forth for hours on price. I offered a fair price for the new car as well as the trade in and we worked out a mutually beneficial price. This by far has been the easiest auto purchase I have had and look forward to many more transactions with Richard and Nissan of Cool Springs. More
