Everyone was very courteous. We returned to the dealership with the same salesperson because of prior experience. When I came into the dealership with appointment the front counter person stated the sales person I had an appointment with wasn't there. After I told her I know he is there as I have an appointment she front counter person stated the sales person I had an appointment with wasn't there. After I told her I know he is there as I have an appointment she found that he was on the phone. Michael Brown answered my inquire within the hour I sent it about the vehicle I was looking at. Nashville Nissan never returned my inquiry. The initial offer for my trade was $1500 less than rough trade although the vehicle should have been rated as clean trade and was after intense negotiation with Sales Manager. At the end I did receive the vehicle and offer I was looking for. More
