On March 14th, I purchased my new, 2012 Nissan Rogue from Richard Williams. Richard was a fantastic salesman. I felt very comfortable and at ease. He was very helpful in so many aspects. Several hours were spent looking at different vehicles and test driving a couple to find the best fit for what I was looking for. I was not rushed or pressured into making a decision. I had the pleasure of working with not only Richard but, Josh Miller, Sales Manager and Scott Craig, Finance Manager. Business was conducted in a very professional and timely manner. The customer service was wonderful. It was fun and exciting and no where near as stressful as I thought it would be. The guys did a great job from start to finish. The entire experience at the dealership, from the minute I walked in, to driving off the lot was exceptional. More

He also did a good job of asking us questions as to what we were looking for, what we had been driving, etc. He let us have a longer test drive so we could have a better idea of the car's power and performance on both local roads and the interstate. Jonathan has really good people skills. He has good eye contact with the customer and listens well to what the customer is saying. We had not planned to purchase a car on the day we visited the dealership but we received such great service and were so impressed after test driving the Maxima, we decided to purchase that day. More

My experience with Cool Springs Nissan was the best ever with a car dealership. I knew what I wanted and knew what I was going to pay before I even went. We always get good service here. We had initially came to get the oil changed from our other Rogue and then I saw the blue one. The color, navigation system and backup camera sold me on the car. I love my get the oil changed from our other Rogue and then I saw the blue one. The color, navigation system and backup camera sold me on the car. I love my car except for 1 thing. I wish my model would have the choice of the 'Bose' radio. That radio sounds much better than the stock radio that comes with the car. The radio that came with the car has a tenny ?? sound. But I love my car. The backup camera is so helpful. I'm so glad you put those in the cars now. Richard is a joy to work with. The day we purchased our car Richard already had an appointment so he asked his sales manager to work with us. He is also great to work with also. We hadn't eaten and he got us come cookies. Richard Williams was very professional and friendly. He was not pushy when deciding to buy a new vehicle. Everyone was friendly and polite. Richard gets an A Plus rating (5 stars). Would highly recommend this dealership and Richard to anyone. For a year, I have been thinking about trading my vehicle for a new one, but just was not ready. I wanted a certain color, style and 4X4 Armada. Had talked to Richard in the past when getting my car maintenance and he was super nice. Finally, I decide the time is right and Richard finds the vehicle I want and Bam; Its Done. Got the Armada I wanted and a great deal on top of it. Did not finance my car, paid cash, but I am sure the financing there would be great. Once again I would highly recommend the Nissan of Cool Springs! Thanks for an enjoyable experience. More
After waiting for 30 minutes, Mack Allen approached us and apologized for the dealership delay in customer service. He then devoted several hours of his time showing us various 2012 Muranos and answered and apologized for the dealership delay in customer service. He then devoted several hours of his time showing us various 2012 Muranos and answered a multitude of questions about the different models and Nissan's family plans, leasing arrangments, and transfering Tennessee lease agreements to Michigan. Mack also introduced us to additional dealer personnel when their special expertise was required. Upon leasing our new 2012 Murano, Mack spent time showing us how to operate its various functions. He was always courteous and helpful throughout. Since arriving home to Michigan with our new Murano, Mack has kept touch by email and phone to answer our futher questions and troubleshoot for us when necessary. Mack Allen should be the prototype auto sales representative. Knowledge of his product and commitment to customer service is paramount importance to him. We will eagerly seek out Mack Allen again should we purchase another Nissan automotive product. More
We stopped in just to look and ended up buying. They were very busy but no one ever made us feel like we were not important or bothering them. It was great to buy a new car and not feel preasured.
