Our saleman, Zack, was new to the Coolsprings dealership and we were impressed with his approach and profession conduct. He would seek help from other salespersons when he did not have a ready answer and all the salesmen were extremely willing to help him. They seemed more concerned about helping us (the customer) than who was getting the sale. They were very team orientated. A pleasant surprised.
