I went to look for a new Nissan and read many favorable reviews on Nissan of Cool Springs. My internet request was answered very quickly by Michael Brown. Upon arriving Michael was helping another customer so one of the sales managers said that Greg Smith would be happy to help. He was very attentive in listening to my my needs and didn't try to up sell me on anything that I did not need. I appreciated that. He wasn't pushy and seemed to genuinely want to put me in the right car. After taking some time to think about it, I decided to purchase the Rogue. The negotiation and sales process went very smoothly, and I'm happy they worked with me on a price that fit in my budget. As I was ready to leave Greg passed me off to Michael who walked me through the features of the new car. He was great. Very thorough in making sure I understood all of the features. He even set up my bluetooth for me. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends. More
