Working with Kyle Stewart was great, he was very attentive and answered all questions I had with my purchase. However, the finance portion of my purchase was not as smooth. I was given the standard papers to sign and given very little to no explanation as to what I was signing. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be detailed I sat down with Kyle Stewart who then allowed me to speak to the business manager. After speaking to the Business manager I was informed that I had unknowingly signed up for numerous warranties that I did not as for. As well, I was signed up for a maintenance plan that I was not informed about. I wanted the maintenance plan but was not aware of the options. After sitting down with another finance manager he explained the plans and I chose the one that was right for me. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Nissan of Cool Springs and, once again,I found it to be a painless, stress-free event. I test drove 2 vehicles on street and interstate while my helpful, knowledgable sales person, Candy, answered my questions and acquainted me with vehicle equipment and options. Negotiating the price, which can sometimes be as pleasant as a dental extraction, was in fact reasonably easy. Billy in finance was helpful and expedient. From the moment I stepped on the lot until I drove away in my beautiful new Altima -well, not quite a day at a Spa, but close! More

I had researched the model and options I required before hand and due to the expansive details available on-line from Nissan of Cool Springs I was able to request a quote specific to an in stock vehicle. After seeing the quote I had reservations because the price was well below what I expected. After a few emails back and forth I was convinced the offer was legitimate. I was then contacted by Marty, the finance guy, who answered all my questions concerning financing options, interest rates and final price. I was able to arrange the down payment over the phone and essentially purchased a vehicle without setting foot on the dealerships lot! Upon arriving at the dealership to take delivery, my new Pathfinder was waiting under a covered "delivery" vestibule ready for inspection and a test drive. I arrived at 1:00pm and was driving home in my new car at 2:30pm! Do I need to say anymore? These guys have their act together and I've never been more pleased with a car buying experience! Let me just begin by saying that I would buy a fleet of cars from Nissan of Cool Springs! Seriously, as a female not having ever purchased a car on her own, I highly recommend them. On the day of my initi cars from Nissan of Cool Springs! Seriously, as a female not having ever purchased a car on her own, I highly recommend them. On the day of my initial visit, I has asked to speak to the "sales manager" - having had a previously uncomfortable experience when test-driving cars. Just so happened, that the sales manager was sitting at Steve Bubal's desk. He introduced me to Steve - and I felt comfortable around him immediately! Turns out, they had exactly the car that I wanted on the lot. I test drove it and bought it that day. That same day, I also met Mary, who has become a friend...and Donnie, who was even able to explain financing to a girl who "just doesn't get" stuff like that. I drove away happy - and then came in the following week to get Perma-plate. This is when the story gets good. On Jan 30th, I picked up my shiny new car and on January 31st, the day before my birthday...I got hit broad-side and my shiny new car was wrecked! 2 air bags deployed and I was not injured! The JUKE is a safe car!! Steve had called me not knowing about the wreck "just to see how I was doing" (brownie points, Steve) to which I replied something like "not good" - and explained my story. From that moment, both Steve and Mary checked in with me - Mary and I shared stories about "accidents" - which made me feel more relaxed. They got me in a rental car - which I had for a month while my insurance company was figuring out the status of my wrecked vehicle. Once the car was declared a "total loss", Steve went to work on finding me one as close to what I had as possible. In fact, he found me one even better...about 500 miles away! By March 1st, I was in my new-new car. Donnie took care of all the paperwork for me and I signed again. When I come in for service, I find them and catch up. I truly feel like I have made some friends!! More
