I put a deposit down on an Audi that they had in their used car lot and purchased a plane ticket to come down to pick it up. I filled out a credit application and tried to get a hold of someone who could let me know my rates. I never received a return call about that. I called Jamie, my salesman, a day or so prior to my flight to confirm that we were good to go. The first time I called, I was told, "He has burgers in his hands; he will call you back." Tried calling a second time 3 or 4 hours later with another promise of a return call that I never received. I called a third time that day and finally got him on the phone. He said that the car had an issue and they sent it to the auction. If that was the case, why did you put off talking to me for 3 phone calls an entire work day, Jamie? I don't buy your "Oh, this just happened" excuse. I called the sales manager and of course got voicemail. I left a voicemail and was never called back. Thanks for the headache and useless plane ticket. More

Great sales person My first contact was a call to the dealership. I spoke with Amanda and she was very helpful and encouraged me to come in. I then received a call from Britt who was a salesperson. I set up an appointment to meet her the following day. I had to change the time and Britt was not there. I met Charles and he was great. It was very hot and he didn’t care to walk around in the sun with me so I could learn the different options. He was honest and really made me feel at ease. he really made me understand what a good deal that I could get. I came back the next day and purchased the car. The finance part of this deal was the most stressful. I was not aware that they were going to try to sell me 4 different and new options. I got confused and overwhelmed. I would have appreciated advance knowledge of this. Something I thought would take 30 minutes took several hours. I would recommend maybe getting the extras decided prior to the final purchase so the customer doesn’t feel like they have to make a snap decision. More
