Best Dealership Anywhere! I purchased my 2017 Nissan Sentra in May and have had a fantastic experience every time I have spoken to anyone who works here! Jamey Payne was a grea I purchased my 2017 Nissan Sentra in May and have had a fantastic experience every time I have spoken to anyone who works here! Jamey Payne was a great sales person. He was personable and was not just trying to make a sale. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I left in and has been great to talk with anytime I have called the dealership. Amanda jumped through so many hoops to make sure that the financing was set up correctly and when there was a mix up, she was up front and honest about it and made it right. This past week I saw Kevin Frazier for a paint issue on my front bumper. I requested that the paint not be touched up and his response was "This is new car and that would not be acceptable to me. It will be sanded and repainted." He delivered exactly what he promised. I would recommend this dealership to anyone even if it meant driving a few hours to get here. It's worth the time! More

Good experience, one complaint They finished working on my car sooner than expected for a recall item. No charge. My only complaint is that my hood was left unlatched. Our salesman Dustin was great, and our negative experience was not associated with him in any way. As I tried to secure financing, I called the finance manager 5 times over the course of two days; he never once returned my call. I had to reach out to our salesman to get what I needed regarding finance questions. The night we came to sign paperwork, we waited 3 hours to meet with the one finance person who was working. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like a lot of extra steps when simple things like a returned phone call would have helped so much. More

Braille Repair I went in having the radiator and clutch on the starter replaced. They called me back and said that I needed a new water pump to the tune of $500 doll I went in having the radiator and clutch on the starter replaced. They called me back and said that I needed a new water pump to the tune of $500 dollars, then they called back after that and said that I had a blown head gasket which would have been an additional $1800 dollars. This service crew tried to find that it had a blown head gasket they should have tested the pressure on it before hand so that I wouldn't had to have thrown $1406 for a lawn ornament. More
