Shop elsewhere. I actually purchased a used car from this dealership. I had negotiated the price and knew bottom line before making the 3 hour trip. I was paying cash I actually purchased a used car from this dealership. I had negotiated the price and knew bottom line before making the 3 hour trip. I was paying cash for the vehicle and based upon past experiences the transaction should have taken 15-20 minutes. However we were informed that there was only one business manager working on a, Saturday and that we were third in line. Six hours later, we competed our transaction, which actually only took 20 minutes from when we started. This was a unique vehicle and if I could have found it at another dealer for a similar price from what I had negotiated here, I would have left but the incompetence displayed by this dealership will prevent me from ever considering another purchase from this location. The headache I endured would make it worth paying a few hundred dollars more or driving to another dealership. Your time is worth more to you than it is to these guys. More
