We really felt that Nissan of cleveland cared about us and the problems we were having with our vehicle. Also, they have an amazing wait center with snacks and drinks. More

Service writer (Kevin Frazier) was warm, friendly and concerned that we were taken care of promptly. Waiting area pampered us and took care of our every need. They discovered the car was under the 30k and even offered to perform the 30k checkup if we needed it. Vehicle was repaired under recall order and we were told it would be 5:00 pm when it would be ready. When we arrived at 4:30pm the vehicle was ready, and brought in to the shop to warm up so my wife who was driving it home, would not have to go out in the cold and drive away in a cold car. I would return there again anytime for service and would highly recommend them to anyone for a purchase or service. More

Service I went in yesterday for the first time to have my oil changed and tires rotated I was asked if I wanted my filters changed yes I gave my consent didn’ I went in yesterday for the first time to have my oil changed and tires rotated I was asked if I wanted my filters changed yes I gave my consent didn’t realize I was going to be charged $170 what upset me was I was charged $32 in labor plus $32.95 for the filter $64.95 total to change a inside cabin filter and found a part laying in the floor board when I got home come on a Nissan $32.00 in labor and you did not put all the parts back in properly !! Not to happy with my experience . More
