This last time I went to get my oil changed and they forgot to reset my oil light but came out to my place of employment the very next day and reset for me. So kind!!! More

MISERABLE EXPERIENCE I went and tried out a car I found online and I liked it and wanted to buy it. I told them I have approval for financing and I was not interested in u I went and tried out a car I found online and I liked it and wanted to buy it. I told them I have approval for financing and I was not interested in using any other place. They asked me about trading in my car and I decided that was something that I was not interested in doing. They kept raising the trade in they would give me on my car and I kept saying no. I did sign the papers for them to try and get the approval that day for the vehicle. My bank is closed on Saturday and it was not approved that day and they tried to get me to take the car home anyway, they said that would get the loan approved. I refused to do that and I contacted my bank on Monday and the loan was denied as the value of the vehicle was less than what the necessary amount for the loan. I spoke to the salesman that evening and told him what they said and the amount, he said he would speak to a GM and get back with me, he never did that and then I find out they put 2 hard credit inquiries on my credit report. I called him and told him I did not appreciate what they did and reported them to the BBB. Of course they said I signed the paper work for them to check it and the condescending answer they gave the BBB was sorry they could not get me the loan. Well I got approved for a higher loan amount 2 days later when I went to a different dealer and the vehicle I bought was worth the price they asked for it. More
