The car seems to be running well and they got it fixed in a timely manner my only complaint was it seem to be expensive. As always I received outstanding service at Nissan of Bradenton. I want in for my normal oil change and tire rotation, but also had 2 recalls that I needed addressed and taken care of. Carmen wasn't sure they had the part in for one of the recalls, but when he saw they did indeed have those parts, he had my service technician take care of everything at one. I am grateful for this, as I live an hour away from the dealership, and this saves me another trip to get it taken care of. Since purchasing my vehicle here two years ago, this dealership has made huge strides in making my stay at the dealership a pleasant one while my car of being service. I love the premium coffee maker and premium snacks (due to Covid they only have "prepackaged" snacks, but prior to this, they had great snacks. The staff here I always friendly and courteous. They always greet you with a smile and a hello. I have to point out Carmen, my service advisor. He is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. He always has the utmost respect for your time, and does not push you into buying unnecessary repairs. He also remembers me every time, even though I only go in about twice a year. I knew my buying experience at this dealership was amazing, but I never expected my service experiences to be top notch as well. More
